Governmental Disruption

It is an absolute travesty that an unelected person has so much influence on the effective flow of our government. Once again, the chief disruptor Musk was not elected. He was not appointed by the executive nor confirmed by the Senate to hold a position of governmental authority. He has no interest in public service. There is no mechanism to hold him accountable for his interference in public life and service. His only qualification is his wealth and his ability to manipulate the president of the United States. The embarrassment of the Trump presidency has evolved into a dire existential battle. I fear all Americans will pay the price, and our country will never recover.

AI Sanction Cases Archive

2025 Cases In  Med. Buyer's Grp. v. Pence , No. 25-cv-105, 2025 WL 3217751, at *1 (M.D. Ga. Nov. 18, 2025), the court addressed whether the plaintiff's counsel violated Rule 11(b)(2) by submitting briefs containing flawed case citations, including citations to non-existent cases and a case that did not support the cited proposition. The court ordered sanctions, which included a public admonishment of counsel and allowed the defendants to submit motions to recoup reasonable attorney fees incurred due to the flawed citations.  Id.  at *2. The court stated that no further monetary sanctions will be imposed in this case, and failure to comply with these terms may result in contempt.  Id.  After reviewing the defendants' requests, the court awarded $10,000 in attorney fees as sanctions for citing non-existent cases.  Med. Basic Male Emulates Serena Joy?

Here's an interesting catch from the Daily Beast through Yahoo! News ! The full image, from the social media entity formerly known as twitter, displays the archetypal "basic white male," a specimen so utterly unremarkable that his most distinguishing feature is the curious absence of a fully formed pinky. One can only imagine the scandalous origins of this digit's departure. Perhaps a clandestine rendezvous with a rogue paper shredder? A daring escape from a particularly aggressive cuticle? And the Serena Joy treatment? What irony! To even suggest this paragon of intellectual curiosity might have stumbled upon, let alone read, a Bible verse is simply delightful. Far more likely this individual's literary pursuits extend to the back of a cereal box, maybe a particularly insightful tweet or "truth."
